Monthly retainer support is scoped to your district's specific needs and may include staff and administrator training on special education systems and best practices, inclusive culture and climate development across general and special education teams, coaching for directors, principals, or building leaders navigating the intersection of compliance and compassion, and ongoing consultation as questions, challenges, and decisions arise throughout the school year.

District-level leaders — superintendents and special education directors — who need a knowledgeable thought partner available throughout the year. Building principals managing special education staff and navigating IEP culture on the ground. Directors new to the role who want structured support without the learning curve being absorbed entirely by their district.
Investment: $3,000–$6,000/month based on scope, district size, and frequency of engagement. Multi-month commitments available at a reduced rate. Title I and IDEA fund eligible — grant language available upon request.

High-touch, one-on-one coaching for principals and assistant principals navigating real complexity — turnaround situations, culture crises, staff instability, or the transition into a new building. This is not a check-in call. It is a working partnership grounded in 17 years of in-building leadership, Conscious Discipline, PBIS, and Restorative Practices.
Each month includes:
Two 60-minute coaching sessions per month (virtual or in-person)
Unlimited email/text support between sessions
Data review and action planning as needed
Access to SKM frameworks, tools, and resource library
Minimum 3-month commitment. Longer-term engagements (6–12 months) available at a reduced monthly rate. Inquire for details.

A 2-day on-site assessment for schools that are struggling — academically, culturally, or both. Built from the turnaround framework Stephanie used to move Beach Park Middle School from Comprehensive to Commendable in a single school year.

Day 1: Structured school walkthrough, data review, and confidential staff focus groups
Day 2: Student voice sessions, leadership debrief, and priority-setting conversation
Turnaround Diagnostic Report — 15–25 pages of findings, root cause analysis, and strength inventory
90-Day Action Plan — prioritized, sequenced steps with owners and success indicators

This engagement is Title I, IDEA, and School Improvement Grant eligible. Stephanie can provide grant language for budget justification upon request.
Payment: 50% upon signing, 50% upon report delivery. Travel billed at cost for engagements outside 60-mile radius.
